TN Police Recruitment 2017 Constable, Fireman, Jail Warder (15711 Vacancies)

Age Limit (as on 1st July 2017): 18 to 24 Years for General; 18 to 26 Years for BC and MBC; 18 to 29 Years for SC / ST; 18 to 35 Years for Female Widows; Maximum 45 Years for Ex-Serviceman.

Educational Qualification: Minimum 10th Class (Matriculation) Pass with Tamil Language as one of the subject. 20% priority for Tamil Medium 10th Passed candidates.

Physical Standards:

Height: Men – Minimum 170 cms for General, Minimum 167 cms for SC / ST; Women – Minimum 170 cms for General, Minimum 167 cms for SC / ST.

Chest: 81 cms (Expansion – 05 cms).

Application Fee: OMR Application form rate is ₹ 30/-. Candidates are required to pay application fee thorugh specified 284 Post office.

Exam Fee: ₹ 135/- Postal Stamp, The stamp attached with the filled OMR application form.

Selection Process: Written Test, Physical Standard Test (PST), Physical Efficiency Test (PET) and Medical Exam.
