Educational Qualifications:

• Candidates who have passed Engineering Degree course or are in the final year of
  Engineering course are eligible to apply.
• The candidates studying in the final year examination of Degree Course should be able to produce the Engineering Degree within 12 weeks from the date of commencement of training at OTA.
• Such candidates will be inducted on Additional Bond Basis for recovery of the cost of training at OTA as notified from time to time as well as stipend and pay & allowances paid, in case they fail to produce the requisite Degree Certificate within the specified time

Age Limit: Candidates age limit should be between 20 – 27 years (i.e candidates should be born between 02-10-1990 and 01-10-1997 (Both Dates Inclusive)) for SSC (Tech) Men and Women & 19 – 29 years (i.e candidates should be born between 02-07-1988 and 01-07-1998 (Both Dates Inclusive)) for Widows of Defence Personnel as on 01-10-2017.

• Applications will only be accepted online on website “www.joinindianarmy.nic.in”.
  Click on ‘Officers EntryApply/Login’ and then click ‘Registration’. Fill the online registration form after reading the instructions carefully.
• After getting registered, click on ‘Apply Online’. A page ‘Officers Selection – Eligibility’ will open. Then click ‘Apply’ shown against Technical Graduate Course.
• A page ‘Application Form’ will open. Read the instructions carefully and click ‘Continue’ to fill details as required under various segments. Personal information, Communication details, Education details and details of previous SSB. ‘Save & Continue’ each time before you go to the next segment.
• After filling details on the last segment, you will move to a page ‘Summary of your information’ wherein you can check and edit the entries already made.
• Then click on ‘Submit now’ only after carefully ascertaining that the correct details have been filled in.
• After submitting, click on “PDF” and take two copies of the application form having Roll No and other details generated by the system

Syllabus for CRPF accomplishment 2017 2945 Constables Posts @ crpf.nic.in
Written Test : The written test will be of 100 marks consisting of two parts, i.e. Part-I – Knowledge expected from a Class – 10 pass candidates (for 40 Nos) and Part-II relating to knowledge of the Trade(for 60 Nos).The cut-off share of marks for qualifying in written communicatingare going to be as under:-
General : 35 %
SC/ST/OBC : 33 %
Syllabus for Written Test : Part-I and Part-II of Question Paper will consist of 100 objective type multiple choice questions carrying 01 mark each to

assess the following:
Part – I (40 Marks) : General awareness/ knowledge, Knowledge of elementary mathematics , Analytical aptitude., Ability to look at and distinguish patterns., Basic knowledge in English/Hindi.Marks : 40
Part – II (60 Marks) : Questions carrying 01 mark, separately for each trade to assess the knowledge of the candidate in respective trade.Candidate applying for a selected trade are going to be given question paper relating that trade solely.

The queriesare going to be set each in Hindi and English.Accordingly, the paper is answered in anyoneof those languages.
Questions in Part-I & II ar to be answered employing a blue/ black ball pen.
The length of the Written take a look atare going to be 02 hours.
No representation for revaluation of answer sheet of written exam or re-conduct of written examination will be entertained.
Candidates ought to bring clip boards and blue/black ball pens for written examination.
